Joe Martino entered the construction industry over 30 years ago, and has a diverse construction experience background. He holds degrees in Underwater Construction and Construction Management. He has more than $11.0 Billion dollars in construction projects experience.

Developing innovative approaches to construction projects has been the key to Joe's success; he brings that same approach into the Yacht business and challenges every member of the DSY team to rise to the next level. Joe strives for the highest level of service possible. Repeat clients are our key to success in the yacht sales business.

As for his boating experience, Joe grew up on boats never missing the chance to jump on a boat and go for a ride or even better learn how to operate them. At a very early age, he used to run down the dock of his parents summer home and jump into the family boat start it up and wait for his dad to come down so they could take it for a ride, one time he actually snuck out of the house in the middle of the night ran down to the dock and slept on the boat so he would not miss the morning ride.

In 2010 Joe and Daphne Martino became Shareholders in DSY. Joe brings a strong sense of business to DSY focusing on getting the most out of each member of the DSY team. His forward thinking and aggressive approach comes from being a Former Professional Ski Racer, his career ended as a result of a major back injury that left him paralyzed, with a determination to fully recover Joe was back Skiing 10 months after his accident and went on to coach the US Jr. Women's Team for 2 seasons.

Currently Joe & Daphne enjoy their 50 ft. Sea Ray called "Living Life" and never miss a chance to be on their boat. His is the Vice Commodore of West Coast Yacht Club, an Executive Board Member of the Ocean Institute;
